ROCKY ROAD

Unfortunately it's been a rough weekend. The good news is that Coleen Moran, the wonderful nurse from UCLA Home Health, treats us like a member of the family. Her normal schedule is to visit us twice a week, but she was here 3 times in the last 24 hours - and that's on Saturday and Sunday! Judith was (and is) having difficulties with the old wound site that had us so scared that we thought that we were headed back to the ER and the hospital. But Coleen is dedicated to the idea that she can prevent that, and we're hoping she's right and can do her magic.

Tomorrow afternoon we see Judith's Oncologist.

Judith is extremely weak, and frankly she, her mother and I are all scared and anxious most of the time.

We had a terrible Friday night, but Saturday night was one of the calmest and smoothest that we've had for a long time. So we're looking forward to a good night tonight.

Good Night.
